Joseph Briefel is a Project Coordinator and Researcher at Integrity UK. Joseph works on counter-extremism, peace-building and strategic communications programmes in the UK, EU and MENA Region, and heads the far-right extremism desk at Integrity UK. Joseph’s interests include post-conflict security and governance, non-state actors in the MENA region, and social movements. Joseph holds an MSc in International Relations from LSE and a BA in Arabic and German from Durham University.
